With freshness and safety high on the list of customer concerns, high standards of quality are a byword at Mc Ardle Meats. Our production process is carefully monitored from farm to fork. We have a fully traceable system in place for all our products from beef to chicken, cooked products to sauces. Only beef which is under 30 months is sold in our stores.  I personally source all our products to ensure I can guarantee that the customer knows exactly where the meat comes from. All our beef is sourced from farms in the surrounding counties of Monaghan, Louth, Cavan and Meath. Our approval number IE 2717 EC confirms that we are an approved agency to manufacture food products.  The stamp of approval is also an indication that we adhere to FSAI standards and that all foods are produced to the highest standards.  At every step of the process from sourcing the products to packaging, we do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction. If any product you purchase from us does not meet the high standards you expect we will offer you a full 100% refund or replacement product
